Compared to traditional lighteners this off-scalp powder formula reduces the potential for damage and maintains the integrity of all hair types and textures. This product is formulated to be Vegan Cruelty-Free* Phthalate-Free and Paraben-Free. To reduce breakage add bondbar Bonding Booster to the bondbar Bonding Technology Lightener mixture and follow processing with bondbar Bonding Recovery. To improve combability on wet hair add bondbar Bonding Booster to the bondbar Bonding Technology Lightener mixture and follow processing with bondbar Bonding Recovery.
