DermaHarmony 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid Liquid Castile Soap can be used as a soap, shampoo, or shaving soap. It is ideal for relief of itching, redness, irritation, scaling and flaking associated seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, and psoriasis - particularly on the face and head. The soap is safe for daily use by adults and children. We've kept the ingredients as natural as possible (see ingredients list below).
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid.
INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Water, Saphonified Olive Oil & Coconut Oil: (Potassium Oleate and Potassium Olivate), Sodium Acrylates / Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Crosspolymers (a plant-based viscosity modifier and emulsifier used to suspend the sulfur and salicylic acid in the liquid), Pumice (pumice powder helps to scrub away dirt, oil, and dead skin), Glycerin (a super hydrator that leaves your skin with a moisturizing and smoothing effect), Acrylates Copolymer (a plant-based rheology modifier that aids in thickening and suspension of the sulfur), Citric Acid (a weak organic acid found in citrus fruits - used in soaps to provide better foam and water-softening).
DIRECTIONS: For best results use daily or as directed by your doctor. Work up a lather using warm water and gently massage into affected areas. Soap should stay in contact with affected skin for 60-90 seconds. Rinse well. Use on affected skin or scalp in place of your regular soap or shampoo. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Rinse with water if soap comes into contact with your eyes (the soap will sting).
